The temperature in Munich has been wonderful.  We’ve had such a balmy Spring so far that I was shocked when I woke up this Easter morning and looked out my window.

Yup, that white stuff is snow.  How o how, was the little Easter bunny going to slug through all that mess?  Turns out, the Easter bunny doesn’t have a problem with snow.  I guess he just figures its cold marshmallow fluff or something.  When I went out into the backyard I saw two beautiful little eggs.  Now I did wonder, why only two?  But I guess the bunny had to keep moving otherwise he’d freeze.

I carefully picked up the little eggs and brought them inside to warm the chill from their shells.  I figured the fire would get them warm in no time.

Once I knew they were safely tucked next to the fire, I went to take the dogs out.  As I was passing through the foyer, I happened to notice a flash of color where before there was none.  On closer inspection…

Low and behold, the Easter bunny had somehow sneaked into our house and filled a bowl with the rest of his bounty.  He even managed to make a stop a Swarovski (the little silver box) to pick up a pair of earrings for me.  That Easter bunny is really something special.

And my lazy husband just sat around watching TV all day.

He really should take a couple of lessons from the Easter bunny.
