Lattice & Fretwork
Knock, knock. Who’s there? Lattice. Lattice Who? Lattice in.
Sorry, I know that’s bad but I just couldn’t resist. I’m seeing lattice and fretwork everywhere right now and I am loving the trend. What does that have to do with the bad Knock, Knock joke? Nothing really. But it reminded me of my favorite joke as a kid – replacing lattice with lettuce.
In no particular order, I present some of my favorite items of the moment. I really love it in all of it’s manifestations; from ceramic to fabric. It’s sculptural, it’s airy and intricate and simple at the same time. It’s also oh, so summery. Enjoy!
